1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ShadeVault Pro (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User content
You may upload photos and related information to the App. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant ShadeVault Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you upload, that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that it complies with our content guidelines.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the App to upload misleading, harmful, illegal or infringing content, to harass others, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
